General Admission Timeline (2026-27 Session)
Sept – Nov 2025: Admission notifications and application forms released.Dec 2025 – Jan 2026
Form submission and document verification.Jan – Feb 2026
First and second selection lists (draw of lots for Nursery/KG)
Feb – March 2026: Entrance exams and interviews (for Class 2 onwards).
April 2026: Commencement of the new academic session.
Note: . Process by Grade LevelEntry Level (Nursery, LKG/KG, Class 1)Admissions at this stage are usually non-academic and focus on age and proximity.
Selection: Based on a “Point System” (neighborhood, siblings, alumni, etc.) or a Draw of Lots
. There are usually no formal interviews for children at this age.
Age Criteria: For Nursery, children must typically be 3+ years old by March 31, 2026.
For Class 1, the minimum age is usually 6 years.Middle & Secondary (Class 2 to Class 10)
Admissions depend strictly on seat availability and academic merit.
Entrance Exam: MTV conduct a written test in core subjects (English, Math, Science).
Interaction: A brief interview with the student and parents to assess compatibility with the school’s environment.
Transfer Certificate: An original TC from the previous school is mandatory.
Senior Secondary (Class 11 & 12)Admission is primarily based on the Class 10 Board Exam results.Streams: Students are allotted Science, Commerce, or Humanities based on their percentage and school-specific cut-offs.
External Students: Those moving from different boards (e.g., ICSE to CBSE) must provide a Migration Certificate.
